  •  Booking Confirmation A booking is confirmed once payment or the required deposit has been received and a confirmation email has been issued.
  •  Payments- Payment can be made securely through our website using the available payment methods. Where a deposit option is offered, the remaining balance must be paid by the date specified in the booking confirmation. Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking.
  • Cancellations- Cancellations must be made in writing by email. More than 60 days before arrival: Full refund less any payment processing fees. 30–60 days before arrival: 50% refund. Less than 30 days before arrival: No refund. If we are able to re-let the property, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion. We strongly recommend that guests obtain suitable travel insurance.
  •  Check-In & Check-Out- Check-in is available from 3:00pm. Check-out is by 10:00am. Alternative arrangements may be available by prior agreement.
  • Guest Responsibilities= Guests agree to: Keep the property clean and tidy. Treat the property and its contents with care. Respect neighbouring properties. Comply with all house rules. Only guests included in the booking may stay at the property unless agreed in advance.
  • Smoking & Pets Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the property. Pets are not permitted unless specifically agreed in writing.
  • Parties & Events- Parties, events, excessive noise, or anti-social behaviour are not permitted. We reserve the right to terminate a booking without refund where serious breaches occur.
  • Damage- Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay beyond reasonable wear and tear. Any accidental damage should be reported as soon as possible. 
  • Liability- Guests accept responsibility for their own safety and that of their party during their stay. Bond Coastal Properties accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, damage, injury, or inconvenience arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
  • Force Majeure- We shall not be liable for events outside our reasonable control including severe weather, utility failures, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances. 
  • Privacy-Any personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for the administration of your booking and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
